1. Customized and Bespoke Products

At Luxewall, we specialize in high-end customized wall fluted panels, designer wallpapers, bespoke wall decor, and tailored furnishings (such as sofas, curtains, headboards, and mattresses). Due to the personalized nature of these products, which are manufactured or resized to your exact specifications:

• Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchange once fabrication or customization has started.
• We highly recommend reviewing and signing off on final dimension sheets, color swatches, and fabric selections during your consulting phase to avoid errors.

2. Installation & Service Inquiries

Services such as wallpaper hanging, panel fitting, false ceiling installations, and carpentry are non-refundable once the work has commenced on site. If you have any feedback regarding the craftsmanship, please notify the supervisor immediately during the fitting process so we can address your concerns immediately.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We perform strict quality control checks before transporting any materials or components to your site. In the rare event that items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery at Info@luxewall.in or +91 72087 91771.
• Ensure you share photo or video evidence of the damage.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or on-site repair at no additional charge.

4. Cancellations

For custom products and services, cancellations are only accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before the materials are cut or customized. Once material processing or manufacturing begins, the advance payment cannot be refunded.
